HT app does not fully uninstall from my android tablet

I have two issues with the HT app:

1) initial start screen went missing

2) Somehow I inadvertently deleted the radio from the app (VR-N7500)

I think I did this on the startup page under the three dot option next to the line that the has\the VR-N7500.

I clear the storage data and cache memory and uninstalled the app.

I powered cycled my tablet and reinstalled the app, but I get the same thing.

No start page and no radio. Can any help me????

Pair the radio via the app only, make sure there is not previous N7500.
When pairing you could have a pairing notice which could be hidden. Not known any issues with pairing only if you have another radio on at the same time, which it will not except.

When I start the app it is in the APRS map page( no startup page). when I open the pair a new device, I get walkie talkie, wireless PTT and Buy now as options.

Which one should I pick??

The main page is the map as it has been since it was released.

I made sure no other device was connect to the radio via blue tooth. I click the "pair walkie talkie" and was able to connect to the radio!!!!

Now how do a recover the startup screen??

OK we are officially in the Twilight Zone now. The app on my phone has the startup screen but my tablet does not. both are version 2.7.2.5(2024-06-14)

do do do do (Twilight Zone theme music).... Is the startup screen still there?? Should I reinstall the HT app on my phone??

The screen it will show is the map so you go from there….

 

Glad you was able to connect and I think you’re on the latest firmware. Look in Playstore for any update.

Thanks for your help Min. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to my phone and the startup screen still appears. Not a problem but just very weird.
