Pair the radio via the app only, make sure there is not previous N7500.
When pairing you could have a pairing notice which could be hidden. Not known any issues with pairing only if you have another radio on at the same time, which it will not except.

The screen it will show is the map so you go from there….
Glad you was able to connect and I think you’re on the latest firmware. Look in Playstore for any update.
