Needed: PDF of Handbook of the Malacostraca of Vermont and neighboring regions

Does anyone have a copy of Ross and Joyce Bell's Handbook of the Malacostraca of Vermont and neighboring regions or print copy they could scan perhaps? I am looking for a copy.
