We are looking to expand our team here with HUNGRY, HUMBLE, SMART, and FUN people and need Internal Recruiters to do this job.

Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, and advertising job openings through online job posting boards (i.e. Linked In, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms). To be successful in this role, you should have work experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates but be open to new ways of getting the right candidate in front of us.

Your main goal will be to help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience to grow the company and ensure retention continually improves.

Compensation:

Base pay & PLUS Generous Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Determine qualification criteria for each position
  • Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
  • Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
  • Answer candidates’ questions regarding the application process
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • New hire onboarding
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a strong communicator who is ready to spend the majority of their time speaking with candidates to uncover if they are a good fit for our company. This would be in terms of both their skill set and from a cultural perspective. We find our next great hire through traditional recruiting methods as well as cold calling and other means. What we are looking for is someone who is unafraid and can look at recruiting through a different lens to help us find the right person for each job.

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Phone skills are a must as you will be calling candidates all day (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
  • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process

Nice but not necessary - BS in Human Resources or relevant field OR at least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
