Job Title : Oracle HCM Payroll Analyst
Location: Reading Pennsylvania
Duration: 6 Months
Employment Type: No restrictions – open to all USC / GC / TN / H1B or EAD’s holders
• 5 years of experience in full life-cycle development for Oracle Applications Release 12 HR module.
• Experience should include project management, planning, documentation, requirements definition, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and maintenance.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle API’s, Oracle 9i or10g, HTML, , and Oracle web architecture.
• 1-3 years’ experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC) tool.
• Functional and configuration hands-on experience in HR Core modules (Oracle Workflow, Compensation Workbench, Manager and Employee Self Service)
• Requires a strong knowledge and background in developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, and functions using PL/SQL
• Strong Experience with developing and supporting Oracle forms. Experience with customizing and extending Oracle applications using Oracle Application Framework is a plus
