1. Reminder to girls volleyball: Your grade sheets and apparel money

2. The 2008-2009 Van Wyck PTO will be holding its first meeting this
Tuesday, October 7th at 7pm in the School Library. Refreshments will
be served. Hope to see you there!

5. Student Government will be having the first dance of the year on
Friday, October 24, 2008.

We are selling tickets for our dance during ALL lunch periods on the
following dates; Monday- October 6th- Wednesday- October 8th, Friday-
October 10th and Monday – October 14th. W are looking for parent
volunteers to help sell tickets during lunch periods.

6. All 6th grders who have 3rd period lunch ...starting immediately,
in order to go outside you must have long sleeves or sweatshirts/
jackets.

7. Please donate winter coats and jackets for men, women and children
by the end of October to benefit Dutchess Outreach. There is a
deposit box in the main office. Urgently needed are kids and plus
size coats.
