I just published three interconnected papers on groove. These papers
are interim results of my PhD research with Fielding Graduate
University. The first paper defines groove, a collective state of
consciousness in which jazz mucisians perform at their peak. The
second paper analyses groove as a conceptual metaphor, in order to
assess its use in other settings than jazz and provides a view of
groove through the lens of Ken Wilber's integral theory. The third
paper provides a theory of groove, that I hope can be used to design
interventions that helps people and organizational systems increase
their adaptive capability to complexity and change.
The papers are here:

Next is work on the history of networks in organization theory, an
analysis of jazz as a value network and a case study of a freelancer
network in the netherlands (using VNA) to make comparisons with the
jazz network.
Look forward to learning what you think.
Cheers, Sergej
