Hi Team,One of the lift in Block 28 stopped working more than 10 days now. Even after multiple calls to maintenance office regarding the issue, the response is still the same. This is really frustrating.I remember we've discussed earlier on how effectively vendor addresses the complaint as per the maintenance contract but we don't see any improve in their service.Does association have any inputs here? Any idea when this issue will be fixed?--Regards,
