Dear Owners,

Please note that the association has not been dissolved and we are regularly working towards the betterment of the society and so we had volunteered to be the elected members of VVAAOA.

Our earlier message related to this note was very clear that most of the board members are not interested to continue and we did not say that board members had resigned. 

Only 5 members resigned from the board, out of which 3 were accepted and the other 2 withdrew their resignation as they would like to continue to work for the society.

12 members are there in the board now out of 15 and we have elected 3 other members too earlier this week via board election as per the Byelaws.

VVAAOA is an elected legal body and we are authorised to call for public meetings and not others unless they do it for their personal reasons.

Please reach out to us if you face any issues and we can find out a solution together as all of us are part of the association.

Dear owners,

If current VVAAOA members ( only 3 instead of 15) keep extending election process or GBM , request all to stop making the maintenance payment.

There is no track where / how / when our money being utilised.

No external auditors report is shared. 

No track on non collected maintenance fund.which is grown like cancel cell.

So far approximately 1 crore is pending to be paid for our all our vendors.

Our campus assets are not maintained well .Example past one year main entrance RFID boom barrier is not used for residents

Request all owners to treat this as sensitive to safe guard our hard earned assets .

Dear VVAAOA,

I have received your messages through Whatsapp stating that the Association is getting dissolved and you are planning to conduct the election. You have also called for election committee nomination asking people to nominate themselves to conduct a free and fair election.
However, you gave an invalid reason and cancelled the election and the meeting, which was supposed to be held by end of the June 2018.

I have seen much emails sent by my neighbours asking for financial statements, however, I have not seen any reply from your side on this. I have been paying the Maintenance fee diligently whenever you have asked for, not taking anybody's sides. 

Being an owner, I feel I have the right to know who all are the members of the association and on what grounds the election has been cancelled. Please don't ask me to attend the GBM whenever you call, I have attended your meetings, drank the sweetened tea also. 

Being an owner and paying maintenance diligently, I feel you owe the right to share the audited financial statements for previous years.

Like you all, I am also for the betterment of the society.

Dear residents,

Hope you get clarity now what is happening in campus with current association team members.

Since board members are irresponsible (for our voice , request , suggestion about election,meeting, financial statement) request all of you to stop making the maintenance payment.

It's our property. It's our campus.we are not slave to current board members. Our property and our money is mishandled by such irresponsible team.

So let's all stop the maintenance payment.let them come back to us. Then let's all shout in there face ...we want new board election ...we want financial statement ..

No revolution No result..

No need to be soft spoken..like curd rice.

Always our opponent decide what action we suppose to take..

Hi Team,

I agree that we have issues, maintenance body has issues. But we can't stop paying the maintenance amount please!!!!

There were many defaulters who did not pay the maintenance amount on time which caused delay payment to vendors already . Who impacted because of this? The people who are staying on their flats as owners.

Hence, let's sort out the issues but kindly pay the maintenance dues as per the timelines. T

his will impact the whole services that we are receiving from the vendors. Let's get the balance sheet, look at the money, expenditures, let's strive to solve the problem together.

Everyone has done their job, probably they dealt differently. If we can do it better, let's do it better but please don't stop the payment. You know how ridiculous it was to be stopped by water tankers at the main gate ?? delayed to office, no lifts as no vendor ready to support!!

Please understand!

May i request your help to get addressed below simple points by 3 members of VVAAOA . 

  • When 3 members of VVAAOA will share 2017 - 2018 financial statement ?
  • When we will get external CA auditors statement ?
  • What action VVAAOA took so far against maintenance non paid default owners ?
  • Do they have at least list of maintenance non paid owners name ?
  • When main entrance RFID boom barrier will be functional for residents ( Its non functional since 1 year - Investment was 6 lakh ) ?
  • When approximately 1 crore 15 lacks pending due to vendor why VVAAOA not ready to conduct owners GBM on adhoc basis ?
  • Why they did not follow their words on election committee formation and election process progress?
  • Why they gave two different statement about existing board members count and their non interest to continue in board ?
  • How long vendor will be ready to provide service with huge due to them ? ( More than 1 crore )
  • Are they really followed Association owners act rules so far in what ever they did ?
  • Vendor due more than 1 crore . This is debt on each residents head . Each residents bought their first house with lot of dream . Why they play with residents dream . ?
  • Why they are irresponsible to residents  for their formal email request about financial statement ?
  • Are they in mindset that residents should not ask any clarification ?
  • Why they block resident owners email communication to other email group distribution list ? 
  • Why they are not maintaining transparency in their act ? 

More than 1 crore is pending to vendors . This is kind of emergency situation . But still VVAAOA members not ready to hear residents voice / suggestion / request . 

Current VVAAOA members put all residents hard earned money, assets and future in risk . 

To save our future , to make current VVAAOA members come back for all above query  we should stop paying the maintenance .

LET THE VBHC BE WITHOUT MAINTENANCE FOR 2-3 MONTHS

I know the inconvenience(dogs jump inside campus, some disturbance to existing members/owners, grass gets dray, families start moving out, illegal entry at night etc) it will cause if all stop paying maintenance but that is worth concerns what it will address. Better not to wait for due amount to pile up few more crores. Lets pause here for the moment & correct the things

I request accounts team to address the existing concerns on priority(Feel free to shuffle priority but don't feel free to adjourn)

For owners who choose to postpone/neglect the payment
1) Publish the list owners who have not paid the maintenance amount
2) Take action(cut water/electricity/lock home/did I miss anything here?) to recover the money
3) Clear the all the due to vendors

For owners who paid the amount on time
1) Address apartment adda to reflect the correct due amount(my adda is not in sync with what payments I have with NEFT)
2) Confirm with owners that they have no issue with adda for payments history
3) Get all the accounts validate from external vendor(address all the old concerns)
4) Create policy for rotating vendors/committee/accounts team/auditing firm after specific duration
5) Document the roles & responsibilities for committee members so that the new committee can function smoothly
6) Start publishing quarterly income/expense statements & person in-charge of making payments
7) Start publishing balance sheets

Please revert to the mail if you don't agree with me on any of the points.

I would bring your attention to the scary mail (trail mail) from Mr.Theenathayalan to me.

I am scared that i am staying with such neighbors.

I am being threatened with such nasty mail and such person claims that they stand for betterment of VBHC.

It was in response to my mail which was for VBHC association enlightenment and strengthening(below trail mail).

If this is the way people are threatened by some person then VBHC will turn into no man's land soon.

Hai,

Maintenance payment for the following flats is erroneous as per the Apartment Adda mail that we have received. The statement from Apartment Adda is totally erroneous as none of our payments for the last 4 quarters is reflecting in the same.

Maintenance payments for the last 4 quarters was made directly to the VVAAOA account, Bank of Maharashtra, Chandapur vide NEFT.

Kindly be informed that we are not concerned what Apartment Adda states, but we have the receipts and payment proof for our payments.

If need be, you may kindly update it in Apartment Adda.

The flats for which payments have been made are as follows :

Flat 605 Block 9 

&

Flat 208 Block 10

Kindly do the needful.

When group of owners struggling to get betterment of society and when they raise reasonable question to irresponsible board members you commented on sarcastic way that questioning owners are interested in board chair and board role .

Since you insulted owners who is struggling and questioning , since you commented irresponsiblly and in sarcastic way ( when there is sensitive situation - more than 1 crore due pending to  vendors ) you clearly showed to all of us that your shit hole and mouth is same .
We really feel ashame with such irresponsible neighbour like you.

To give respect to all other owners and to maintain ethics in open forum I sent that mail to you one 2 one since you deserve that.

Try to remember that in open forum always give respect and deserve respect only will workout.

Rather trying to spoil my reputation try to do something good for society. Atleast raise your question to irresponsible board members.

Until you learn manners I will not show my manners / ethics to you.

Why VBHC is asking for the payments. We have association payments to be collected by association. Isn't it?
