Dear Mr Salli,

Keeping our working differences aside and to keep our focus on SWACH SAAF SURAKSHITH VAIBHAVA, please organise a GBM wherein v as owners could express our views to ensure a free & fair election of entire 25 members board to address following issues on war footing:
1) NOC APPROVAL FROM POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD, ELECTRICAL INSPECTORATE, DEPT OF FIRE SERVICES, BUILDING INSURANCE. These are mandatory or we will incur severe unbearable penalties later.
2)AMC FOR PREVENTIVE SCHEDULE FOR ALL ASSETS WHICH ARE AGEING,
3)Sanitise the complete premises from intrusion of unwanted outsiders trying to meddle in our matters.
4) Digging of Recharge wells to improve ground water level 
6) Replace all basement lights by 9Watts LED bulb. One time investment which can save huge power cost bills.
7) Segregation of wastes to convert wet waste to manure.
8) STP water has again deteriorated.

I am into property management business last 1 year and helped my clients reduce maintenance cost by maintaining transparency in financial matters.

Please find enclosed our request again for organising an Emergency GBM to conduct election of 25 board members under the supervision of Vedantha Senior citizens in a closed hall to ensure NO TOUTS ARE ALLOWED FOR PROXY VOTES, MAINTENANCE DEFAULTERS SNEAK TO VOTE OR ELECT AS BOARD MEMBERS..

THIS MEETING IS TO RESOLVE  & REFORM OUR VAIBHAVA and NOT TO SETTLE OR POPULARISE OUR PERSONAL SCORES.

This petition is on and behalf of all owners who are not Maintenance Defaulters, do not have tie-up with any external vested interests for an EMERGENCY GENERAL BOARD MEETING TO electthe Election Committee and announce / discuss the modus operandi of election process by accepting our request.

Dear Residents,

This is to inform you that we have received 5 nominations for election committee members as on 09 Feb 2020 and based on that 5 members election committee is formed and created an email ID for Election related communications ( vvaaoaelect...@gmail.com).

Interested Residents can send their nominations to above mentioned email ID at the earliest and only the members without any dues towards association Maintenance(not more than 60 days) will be considered eligible for contesting for the board members positions.

Looking forward for active participation for strengthening the existing Team.
Nomination form is available at maintenance office which can be collected and submitted between 9 am to 9 pm as per your convenience.

You need to submit following documents along with nomination form.

1. Sale deed first two pages and last three pages.
2.Valid Govt ID proof.
3. Address proof.
