Dear Owners,
This is to inform all owners that new board is still in process of taking handover from previous board.
It was promised in last GBM by Ex-President (Bipul) that he will complete handover formalities by 28th Jan but unfortunately still pending.
Background:
There are some discrepancies with respect to bank signatories maintained in Bank of Maharashtra due to which handover is delayed. Discrepancies will be explained to all owners during next upcoming GBM.
Ex board has given assurance that all administrative access (ADDA, VVAAOA etc....) will be handed over to new board on Saturday.
Very Important:
It was informed by Ex President (Bipul) in last GBM that Bills of 87 Lacs expense that was made are missing and they do not have any details about it.
Requirement:
As new board it becomes our responsibility to get external audit done of Association books of account from July 2017 till January 2019 from a reputed firm and present audit report to all owners, if any deviation found, strict action to be taken.
We look forward for your kind cooperation and request to kindly attend upcoming GBM.

Hope you are doing well!
You would have already received several emails with regards to first major initiative that new elected board has taken, that is to solve all the maintenance dues issues that owners have been facing and continued.
We are aiming to build a consolidated report of actual dues after correction done and then work with owners who have intentionally delayed or not paid any dues to association till now.
There are several tasks on which new board is already working in background and waiting for an official handover from ex-association, which is been denied.
To make you aware of situation , from May 2018, General body has been requesting /begging association to conduct election for association, to bring back trust and credibility of ASSOCIATION, but they simply have been ignorant and fooling general body every time.
Due to this act of ASSOCIATION, society came together in January 2019 to conduct election in an appropriate and democratic way by election committee under vigilance of law and media. More than 233+ owners participated & casted their vote. Total 25 board members were elected and 7 core committee members elected by board.
New elected 25 board members had an official meeting on Sunday with ex-board w.r.t handover process, unfortunately only President turned to attend, requested documents by president were provided by election committee as substantive evidence of conducted election on 6th Jan.
New board members were surprised to learn from President that all ex-committee (President himself , Secretary, treasurer) have resigned from their positions long time back in association, and this hasn't been communicated to General body, nor have conducted election in board to fill those positions,
Even after resignation, they have been continuing to sign on cheques and doing net-banking as informed by bank of Maharashtra branch manager.
Dear Owners, situation of our society is worse than ever, unauthorized people signing on cheques making net banking payments etc, no clarity on board members, no clarity on receivable & payments, no approval from general body for spending owners money, unwanted invoices raised as per their wish, advance maintenance payments invoices raised before expected dates.
WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ATTEND GENERAL BODY MEETING SCHEDULED ON 27 JAN AT 10-11AM AT PHASE1 AMPITHEATER TO HELP US HELP YOU.
