New system develops analytic thought in blind children
For the purpose of developing analytic thought and reducing mistaken
alterations in data received by children with sight disabilities, a
group of students in Mexico City designed a multi-sensory system that
includes stories, jigsaw puzzles and stuffed toys.
“Mati Mati Makes Visible the Invisible”, is a system that reduces the
difficulties of learning by developing analytic thought in blind
children, said the creators, students at the Metropolitan Autonomous

Blind cricketers to wait till January 5 for government approval.
BENGALURU: Association for Blind in India (CABI) president GK
Mahantesh said the national team will wait till January 5 for
clearance from government to travel to Pakistan for the fifth World
Cup to be held from January 7-21.
"We will wait till January 5 for clearance from the government to
travel to Pakistan for World Cup," he told reporters here.
If the government gives the nod on January 5, the team will go from
New Delhi to Wagah border to enter Pakistan on January 6, Mahantesh

a job fair at Bangalore as well as Delhi. Delhi would be having a job
fair on 11th Jan 2018. The same would be at Delhi School of Social
work, Delhi University. Government to notify guidelines for assessment
of new disabilities soon. Patients suffering from thalassemia,
hemophilia, sickle cell disease etc will soon start getting disability
certificate from designated government hospitals which were earlier
