Zimbra Disclaimer Problem

Hello All,

As per subject i have configure zimbra disclaimer following below link:
http://efensys.blogspot.in/2011/11/global-disclaimer-in-zimbra.html

after configuration i have fire below mention command:

[zimbra@zmail ~]$ zmmtactl stop
postfix/postfix-script: stopping the Postfix mail system
Stopping saslauthd...done.
[zimbra@zmail ~]$ zmmtactl start
Rewriting configuration files...done.
postfix/postfix-script: warning: not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.7.2.2z/conf/main.cf
postfix/postfix-script: warning: not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.7.2.2z/conf/master.cf
postfix/postfix-script: starting the Postfix mail system
Starting saslauthd...done.

also got a same log status. disclaimer also not set in email. so please guide me where i made a mistake.

I have implemented Disclaimer recently ( within 15 days) for my two clients, I am telling you this because i used same link to implement it.

also i have one more problem. all configuration remove from master.cf after start zmmtactl service.
