It Clearly Says Could not retreive mirror list.

One more clue............ Connection Refused.

Are you able to do telnet to port 80 to this site?

If you are behind proxy server , use export http_proxy=http://<proxy_server_ip>:<Port>

Trying other mirror.

Hi nehal i have already checked all the option you have define.
i can able to telnet on 80 port.
My server is directory connected to internet so no proxy is there.
and mirror list is fine.  i have checked in other server and it's working fine.

As per Nirmal bhai said i also marked that it's a network issue.
I cannot download anything but i can able to access internet.
I have attached a two LAN card on server.

I have checked all logs file but seems not finding anything from log files.
Let me know if you have any other ideas to solve this problem.

Use yum -v instead of yum to get more verbose o/p.
