Dear students,
Continuing on a tradition of organising short visits to foreign universities for VDU IF and EVF students (Tampere University of Technology, 2011, 2012; Aalto University Helsinki, 2013; Turku University 2014), this time I am calling to visit one of the best German Universities - Goethe University in Frankfurt.
Since last year, there is Erasmus mobility agreement between VDU IF/EVF and Goethe University. The planned 3-5 day trip will help you get acquainted with Frankfurt city and Goethe University!
VDU will support 5 IF and 5 EVF students with 260 Lt travel grant.
The aims of the trip:
The aim of the trip, as in previous years, is to learn, to have fun, and to promote the name of VDU and Lithuania, to foster student exchange between Lithuania and Germany.
To fulfil on the aims, we are planning to
2) have free time to explore the university on your own
3) have free time to explore the city of Frankfurt
The programme for the visit is the following:
Monday, March 31 - visit to Goethe University Frankfurt (attending a lecture or a seminar)
all other time - exploring the city and the university on your own.
Suggested departure dates from Kaunas: Thu, March 27 or Sat, March 29.
