Hey folks, how many of you amateurs out there live in antenna
restricted communites? Do you know that HR 3876 has been sitting in a
House Committee with absolutely no activity for months and months? Just
look at HR 3876 and see how much help it could be.

DON"T LET IT DIE AGAIN IN COMMITTEE!!!!!!! Write your congressman and
get it out of committee and on the House floor for a passing vote.
Remember, if you don't care our representatives won't care. This may be
our last chance!
