A question I sent to ARRL President Joel Harrison and the ARRL VP about
HR 3876 and the reply from Mr. Harrison -

what's the scoop on HR 3876? I have been writing committee members for
months and can not get any replys.

Maybe you can let the amateurs that live in antenna restrictive
communitees know what is happening to HR 3876. If we don't move for
it's passing, it will die in committee.
