New 1st Saturday Moto Guzzi Lunches

Greetings again, Moto Guzzi friends. At today’s Moto Guzzi lunch Larry Echols and I made an announcement that I want to share with all of you: going forward, there will often be two Virginia Moto Guzzi lunches each month. I will host the long-standing lunch on the 3rd Saturday of each month. In addition to that, Larry is going to host lunches on the 1st Saturday of each month. He may not do it every month – especially during the winter – but many months will have two lunches. Larry will pick the locations of the lunches he hosts, he’ll send the information to me, and I’ll send an announcement to the mailing list. Not only will this give us more chances to see our Moto Guzzi friends, but it will also add diversity to our palates, since I almost always select Italian restaurants but Larry is more open-minded about cuisine. Additionally, since Larry lives well east of me, it’s easier for him to host lunches in that part of the state from time to time, which could be beneficial to the fairly large contingent of Guzzi riders in the Richmond area.
