Required Skills:
· 5 to 10 years’ experience with Java, JBOSS, WAS and WPS. Framework knowledge – Spring/Camel.
· Experience with large programs and Agile methodology, Experience leading large scale change. Displays leadership presence and influence but can also get into the details. Heavy architecture design and light coding as needed for sprint zero.
· Ability to take a high level concept and create the user story, story points, and sprint zeros in rapid timelines.
· Experience planning and estimating large scale work packages for application service delivery.
