Key Skills:
· Supporting PeopleSoft HCM application in a lead role with recent version of PeopleSoft
· Previous relevant experience delivering ERP systems that facilitate organizational effectiveness via efficient business processes, reporting and customer service.
· Project Management Experience
· Experience and understanding of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit and Compensation and Budget department operational needs and business requirements.
· Supervisory and managerial experience with ERP project teams
· PeopleSoft HCM version 8.0 experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Products (VISIO, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Project, and PowerPoint)
· Skilled in the use of all standard equipment to include standard office workstation
