Job Description
• Work with clinical study teams in the development and activities
related to data mining and medical data review for ongoing Phase
II-III clinical studies.
• Support data mining projects through SAS programming. Plans and
establishes approaches for coding programs and implements best
practices for program documentation.
• Support medical data review projects using SQL programming in
J-Review. Design and develop programs that produce tables and listings
with drill down function to patient level data.
• Interacts with various Statisticians, Programmers and Clinical staff
supporting data review and analysis projects.
• Bachelor degree or above in scientific or related field; minimum 3
years in Pharma. Five years of relevant SAS and SQL programming in a
CRO or Pharmaceutical organization.
• Good Problem solving skills, attention to detail, good verbal and
written communication skills. SAS systems experience includes Base
SAS, SAS/FSP, SAS/AF, SCL, Macro Facility, SAS/Graph, SAS/Assist and
SAS/Insight within a UNIX operating system.
• Preferred Database systems experience: Oracle, Clintrial and EDC (Inform
