I was just informed that the regularly scheduled Board of Directors of
the Saints meeting has been made 'executive session" and NO members
will be permitted to attend. I voiced my objection to the unilateral
decision by the "supposed to be neutral president "I object and demand
a board vote on whether or not there is any let alone a total
executive session at Saturday's scheduled and announced meeting - many
items on the agenda ought to be decided in open session with an a
record of the proceedings."

I was told: "Your objection is out of order. There is no requirement
anywhere for a vote on this. Even a single request to the President
is sufficient. Andy"

Issues for this board meeting include the dues and FY 2010-2011
budget, the election commission, as well as other non-executive
session appropriate issues for which the membership deserves the right
to witness, and have a full Minutes account.

There is no question in my mind that certain members of the Board have
egregiously breeched their position of trust, and the membership is at
great risk.
