Having trouble with timely responses from the CSO Coordinator?
Having trouble with getting any response?
Having trouble getting any ushering dates?
If so take note:
According to the Saints Members Handbook p 11: revised October 2005
"Coordinators' terms are one membership year and may be renewed by the board at the beginning of each new membership year.
A coordinator must have the time and ability to do the job and be willing to return phone calls / emails within 48 hours."
NOW is the time to voice your concerns to the entire Board and ask to have a coordinator who
1. responds to email
2. responds in a timely manner
3. responds by providing some ushering opportunity at some point
4. is respectful of ushers.
NOW is the time to send in your CSO Coordinator experiences to the Board so the Board knows that those interested in ushering at the CSO are dissatisfied with the treatment received to the extent that it is now necessary to recommend and ask for a change in coordinators--and sooner rather than later.
NOW is the time to let others know of your experience. Post it here.
NOW is the time for speaking out. Speak out here and to the Board.
NOW is not the time for silence.
NOW is the time to thank the CSO Coordinator for serving the term and fill the position with someone else.
The SAINTS is OUR organization and respect and reasonable treatment within the guidelines is what all of us are entitled to.
