We need a national anti shoplifting day to spread shoplifting
awareness. Security tags and other retail security measures are
effective ways to thwart shoplifting as it occurs but raising
awareness of the impact of shoplifting may be a better way to stop the
epidemic. Shoplifters are driving up the cost of goods to the
American consumer at a time when they simply can not afford it.
Shoplifters are a threat to our national security. Stop shoplifting
and help save America.
