"Matter of Balance" seminar coming

Decatur Catholic Charities will present a "Matter of Balance" seminar,
which provides information and activities geared toward improving
balance, strength, and flexibility in order to help prevent falls in
those ages 60 and over. The seminar will meet 2 hours each week for
eight weeks here at Grace (dates have not yet been confirmed).

If you would like to learn more about this program, you are invited to
attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, February 3 at 1pm here at
Grace. Please contact the church office (328-1414 or
urban...@urbanagrace.org) no later than 12:00 on Friday, January
30th to let us know if you would like to attend this meeting.

Volunteers are also needed to serve as coaches (or assistant coaches)
for the seminar. If interested, please contact the office.
