A Matter of Balance: a 4 week workshop dedicated to helping those ages 60+ prevent falls, increase activity levels, and improve their physical strength. The classes will meet each Tuesday and Thursday beginning April 14 (and ending on May 7), from 1:30 to 3:30 in the fellowship hall.
Minimum class size is 8. We are currently 2 people short. If you would like to participate, please contact the church office (328-1414) as soon as possible!
