Volunteer opportunity with Faith in Action:



Faith In Action of Champaign County is a ministry serving seniors by
providing transportation, home and phone visits, home repairs,
wheelchair ramps, and other assistance. Our goals are to keep seniors
independent in the community and enhance their quality of life by using
a compassionate “neighbors helping neighbors” approach to delivering
services.



We feel so blessed to have many volunteers from congregations throughout
Champaign County, but would like to add more so we can increase the
number of individuals that we serve. We will be conducting orientations
this month and anyone interested in volunteering is welcome. The dates,
times, and location are listed below:



Faith In Action, County Plaza, 102 E. Main, Urbana, IL

Tuesday, September 23 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.; 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday, September 30 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
