another interesting TV/movie moment

Tonight we sat down to what I thought was going to be a relaxing / funny evening watching Pink Panther 2 - nope not to be.  My 15 year old son had to pick my brain apart and figure out sexual harassment in the work place.  He could not understand how telling a girl she is pretty could be construed as harassment.  He thought it would be a complement.  We also talked about (because it's covered in the movie) types of impolite references to various nationalities - the one mentioned in the movie he had never heard of before.

 

Who would have guessed - social skills knowledge coming from this movie?

 

If someone had asked for recommendations on great movies to learn about social skills I would not have said "Hey Pink Panther 2 is great for learning about sexual harassment in the work place!"  <BWG>

 

So this just once again proves you cannot do anything without learning - even watch a silly comedy - at least in this house anyway. 

 

Are we doing another "Learn Nothing Day" this summer???
