As I progress through understandings of Professional Software Development, it has come to light that it is VERY ESSENTIAL to specify in GREAT DETAIL the usage of a piece of software that is to be developed before even a line of code is written.  A document containing this information should be easily accessible and understandable by any lay person.  IGod Willing, the attached document fulfills this.  Please aid the process by highlighting parts which need to be further simplified and/or clarified as well as pointing out additional requirements.  It is VERY IMPORTANT not to be Highly Technical here, and hope that it isn't.  If things are STILL too technical, please send a reply back regarding the same.  It means that further clarification MUST be done!...
