To ensure that the USV lives up to its full potential.  ie., check this:  http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/ui/features/i18n.html  The two images are pictures of the same program, but in two different languages.  These are what we are going to aspire to.  Looking for all the programmers who wanna' be involved.  Rameez is already on board, by the Grace of God.  Though, he may not directly know it just yet...  ;)  All Praise Be to God!
