Dear Unity Associate Board and volunteers, 

It's time for Unity Prep to enroll next year's 6th grade class!  Our Director of Operations, Eric Gonzalez, needs volunteers to help with tasks for the enrollment workshops - where the parents and incoming students fill-out/ hand-in all the paperwork necessary to officially become a student at Unity.  Some of us helped out with this last year, so we know what to expect.  For those of you who are new, the details are below in the email from Eric.  The workshops take place at the school and the dates are as follows.  Please reply to me and Eric if you can attend.  Thank you!

Workshop #1 for students admitted through the lottery: Thursday May 8th, 7pm-9pm.

Workshop #2 for students admitted through the lottery: Saturday May 10th, 10am-12pm.

Workshop #1 for students who are on the wait list: Tuesday May 13th, 7pm-9pm.

Workshop #2 for students who are on the wait list: Saturday May 31st, 10am-12pm.

I'm writing to invite you to Unity's enrollment workshops!

We have four events slated - two next week and two later in May.  Details for each are below.

Some of you might remember attending these events last year - the workshops are opportunities for parents to come to the school, complete the paperwork to enroll their children, and get to know us a bit better.  These are exciting events - families are very excited about Unity and enrolling their kids, and we're excited to welcome more wonderful people into the Unity family.

These are also busy events - several of you pitched in last year and operated copy machines and others helped families check out at the end of the process.  While those who attend will no doubt be pressed into duty of some sort, I can assure you that it will be fun and you'll enjoy the event.  I encourage you to attend if you're in town and available.  You all do so much work to benefit our students and their families; this is one of the best opportunities to see the fruits of that labor.

Below is the info for the workshops.  All workshops will take place at Unity.  Please let me know if you can make it, and which workshop you'd like to attend:
