Status of Uniworld

Hello Everybody,
Hope everyone is doing good and keeping healthy. Since we have been all so quiet, was wondering if any of the future residents know the status of Uniworld.

Garden residents: Any idea on the timeframe of possession? Any new pic?

True...

People have been pretty quiet.

The latest update which I have is - Unitech has slow down the
construction work due to fund crunch (this came up in a recent news
article)...however they do a good job in sending the demand letter
much ahead of the due date and the money receipt!!!..

Regarding providing customers construction status updates thru' their
website - no clue! all BS....

I guess Garden was supposed to he handedover by this time - right?

My next question is, even if Unitech and other builders give
prossession of their units - will Rajarhat currently be in livable
condition? still there will be construction vehilche plying all around
dusting the whole area....

I plan to visit Kolkata in September and definitely will privide you
with all updates once I meet MR.CHANDRASEKHAR MUKHERJEE and other big
bosses...

keep posting your thoughts and ideas...
