Sorry I am late in replying due to family issues.
I remember my cousin was asking me few weeks ago that someone from Southcity group wanted to contact our Unitech group, as he/she might have bought an apt at Unitech Uniworld. So should I forward my cousin this email group? Any particular contact?
I will also ask my cousin Nicky how they have gone making such a massive group from just a simple website (like us). But let me share that, from what I have heard, members at SCP are very vocal and takes keen interest in responding/sharing/arguing/counter arguing with great ideas. There's a tremendous energy but it all started from just a small bunch of people. I believe they may have already registered the residents group somewhere in the US and now locals are also joining that group and planning to register in Kol. It's really fascinating to hear great stories from her that indicates tremendous camaraderie despite being a virtual resident group.
I am all for forming a resident group to make Unitech a great living. Let me talk to her in details and pass it on to this group.

The bottom line is members need to speak, if that doesn't happen then
there is no reason to think big.
SCP residents were pretty aggressive...
I am not sure who is the moderator now - I hope Mr Malay is still
there....
