My cousins have bought in South City. So I keep hearing things all the time, and I have heard that they have formed a super strong group mostly NRIs who are actively going after the builder. They are not only questioning on late delivery, and club house, but also the kinds of materials used, stress test report and the whole 9 yards. Don't be surprised if South City residents start this revolution. If it works they will probably be in guiness world record for voicing against such high power builders. Because as far my real estate knowledge goes in India, no one till now has raised such questions and done it so professionally that's why such builders could take people like us for granted. Eating, sleeping, making money off of stock market and growing at our expense.

If I may suggest folks, in order to form a team to ask for such questions, we need to announce this website or figure out a way to add as much Unitech Universal owners as possible. Then we can think of the next move.

Agreed....

I am in full support of creating a super super strong group....

SouthCity is going to have 1600 flats whereas Unitech at Uniworld is
supposed to have 3500+ flats in clusters...so we can definitely build
a stronger Team..

Lets vote and start regrouping for it else it might be late...

regards

Bong
