I was in Kolkata last week and took some snaps and they are uploaded.

Few words as I saw:

The road leading to VIP is impressive. The road approaching Unitech is
still a moodbath but one day will turn into as impressive as the other
one. When you get possesion of Garden/Heights by end of the year (I
don't know the date), you seriously can't start living there due to
other construction and road conditions. My take is at least 2010
before you can live in that locality. Rosedale only shows foundation
work and I was surprised the lack of progress, don't know the reason.
By 2010, Rosedale, 70% of Unitech and DLF should be done. By that
time, Unitech Infospace and Tata hospital should be finished as well.
These landmarks are Unitech neighberhood. Things should look good by
then.

Thanks for sharing the pic SRK. You are right. it's really taking shape and looks stunning. This doesn't look like Kolkata at all. I can just visualize how the whole place will look in 2010.
