Project Completion Any update

Guess its almost time that the owners of Gardens would have got the
possession of their flats as per the sales agreement with the Unitech
team. Does any body have any update on the same. Did any of the owners
here back from Unitech on the possible delay of the project and if so
will we be getting any compensation for the same.

I was thinking about the same thing.
I am owner in Cascades and they say they have completed piling work.

I am wondering about Gardens, Horizon and Heights

No clue!

I had asked Rekha Arora for the status, she asked me to contact this
gentleman - chandrasekh...@unitechgroup.com

But this is not a new story...in last 2 years we all are used to this
crap....

I had repeatedly mailed that gentleman - who cares!

On the otherhand, Unitech lis trying to give some facelift to their
website....but no one can access their construction status update
login which they have recently put on the website. Interestingly, if
you click on the dropdown you will see ONLY North India projects
listed...most of them in Gurgaon....no mention of Kolkata
project!..remember - if Delhi is happy, the entire country is
happy!!!!!

anyways....I am not sure if anyone is visiting Kolkata now....if
anyone of you are, please take some pictures and upload.

I am now very suspicious about the delivery of unitech. One of my friend just visited to uniworld gurgaon and his comments were that he could not make out that it was a unitech project. He found it highly ordinary and anything near to the much hyped unitech brand.

Guys I think we should take some serious action. We could write a consolidated letter to unitech asking that its their freaking responsibility to update us about the status. Let me know ur views.
