If it has been auctioned off presumably it will surface again as it is
largely Uniflite oriented?

Here is the answer, quoted from a posing in May:

I would like the opportunity to meet al Uni-flite owners in the
Northwest as I am the owner of Blaine Marine Services and we have hired
most of the staff that were at Padden Creek, including Al Teshera who
is our new Service Manager.
We have 2 full service shipyards in Blaine Harbor and Semiahmoo Marina
and a number of talented techs. We are dealers for Volvo, Mercruiser,
Cummins, Onan, Yanmar, Honda, Johnson/Evinrude, Tohatsu/Nissan,
Westerbeke and many other products. Also dealers for SeaSwirl Boats, AB
& Caribe Inflatables, Livingston Boats, Duroboat and several other
products so if we can help any Uniflite or Tolly owners we have the
expertise.
We will be bidding on the assets and facilities of Padden Creek and
hope to be in that location as well.
Best Regards,
Bob Brooks

Sad to say they did not get the site or the stuff.

I should say they did get some of the staff but Blaine Marine may or
may not stay in the yard business they may just become a dealer of
boats. So, if you would like to keep those former Uniflite experts
working on Uniflites send em your business and express your desire to
keep them a full service yard.

Wellll SOMEBODY had to win the bid! Did anyone go to the auction? It
was probably sealed bid. I doubt if Mr Brooks would tell. Might have
been in the local rag.

I saw the tail end of the auction and it looked like the items from
Padden were going to multiple/different buyers. So I don't think any
one place has the bulk of it.
