Administrivia: Job posting guidelines

Hi Irregulars,

It's great to see the increase in UX hiring activities lately! There
have been some questions about posting jobs here so I'm posting the
simple guidelines that we've used since the group started in 2005.

UX Irregulars job posting guidelines:

1. Posted by a hiring manager or with direct contact information for
the hiring manager
2. Hiring company name clearly indicated
3. No general recruitment / resume-collection posts.


We've found that these guidelines have generally worked well to keep
posts on-topic and the group spam-free. Personal referrals from group
members are welcome, as always. I hope that this helps clarify things
for everyone.
