Hi everyone!
We've received responses that some of you may have had problems saving the application in the pdf format, so please find the attached Microsoft Word format of the application.
A reminder that director applications are due in 2 weeks on Wednesday, December 30th. Also, don't forget to be on the lookout for cheap tickets if you're interested in joining us for our annual staff retreat in Washington, D.C. during MLK weekend (January 15-18, 2010)!

The annual uNAVSA Conference is back! We are pleased to announce Washington, D.C. as the site of the 7th annual uNAVSA Conference (uNAVSA 7) slated for July 29-August 1, 2010. Over the course of the 4-day conference, attendees from around the United States and Canada will participate in leadership development, community dialogue, networking and entertainment programming. If you've never attended a uNAVSA Conference, NOW is the time!
Please find the attached the uNAVSA-7 Staff application. In the longstanding tradition of leadership development and uNAVSA's mission to provide opportunities for emerging leaders to apply new skills, we strongly encourage members within the uNAVSA community to participate in the planning of this year's conference. The following application packet will serve as step-by-step instructions and an informational resource for uNAVSA members interested in applying as a committee director or staff for uNAVSA's 2010 Conference. Experience is not necessary as we will provide the training and mentorship necessary to be successful. It is our sincere hope that the uNAVSA community finds this a worthwhile and challenging opportunity and the next step in shaping the direction of Vietnamese American youth leadership.
Applications for all director positions are due on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at 8 PM PST/11 PM EST. Committee staff members will be selected and notified on a rolling basis until all committees have been filled. All applications must be sent to conference....@unavsa.org.
If you're interested in joining our conference staff, we will be holding our annual staff retreat in Washington, D.C. during Martin Luther King weekend (January 15-18, 2010)--more details to come, so stay tuned!
