We will being by filling Chair positions within each committee. The committee chairs will then be responsible for recruiting their own staff. This structure is an "ideal" outline and may be altered to accommodate staff, budget, etc. Below is a list of committees with related responsibilities.
Coordinating Directors (4)
1) Relations - Managing people and relationships, especially with other TTT events
2) Administrative - Managing budget and timelines
3) Logistics - Managing inventory and props
4) Communications - Managing writings, mailing lists, and ideas
Based on the four aspects of project planning, each Coordinating Director (CD) focuses with all committees within their assigned aspect. One of the CD's will be designated the "chair" and report directly to UVSA Executive Board.

Volunteer/staff support (feeding, water, ensuring workload balance)
Recruiting and orienting volunteers

Talks to companies and small businesses
Coordinates vendors
Pursue corporate and small biz sponsorship
Community Relations (CR)
Invites and takes care of VIP's (community leaders, elected officials, etc.)
Build relations with other organizations, and households.
