Hey MMBSS members,

This is a message from the Campus Environmental Center, an agency of UT
Student Government about "Trash to Treasure."

*During Move Out, Donate Your Unwanted Stuff to Trash to Treasure!**
**Volunteer Opportunities Available Too!**

Trash to Treasure, presented by the University Co-op, is a huge Move Out
recycling program. From May 7-19, donate your unwanted furniture,
electronics, clothing, bikes, housewares, and anything else reusable!
Visit us online at www.TrashtoTreasureUT.com
<http://www.TrashtoTreasureUT.com>

Call 232-7840 to schedule a pickup of furniture, boxes of stuff, and
other large items from your home, or donate your smaller stuff at our
drop-off location at Red River and Manor Rd. Also look for our donation
boxes in area dorms and greek houses.

All of the donations will be recycled in a campus-wide garage sale held
on August 26th. This enables incoming students to get low-cost goods and
also raises funds for campus environmental programs.

More than 150 volunteers will be needed from May 7-19 to collect and
sort donations. All volunteers get a free Early Bird Pass to the garage
sale, so you can get the best deals. For each shift you work, you help
raise $50 for the environment and keep 75 pounds of stuff out of the
landfill!

Visit www.TrashtoTreasureUT.com <http://www.TrashtoTreasureUT.com> to
volunteer, learn more, or sign up for an email reminder about the sale
in August!

Trash to Treasure is run by the Student Government Campus Environmental
Center, with support from: The University Coop, Freescale Semiconductors
and Michener Self Storage.
