[WELFARE] PETITION REGARDING INTERNET ISSUE

This petition will be the proof that Internet issue faced by UTP students is a really serious problem. It will be compiled with other complaints about internet in SRC page and show that all students are having the same problems,not just students in the particular village .Thus, your cooperation to fill in this petition are needed so that, we can forward this to the management for a quick solution.
