Hiring Manager Required Skills:
- 8-10 years exp
- Must have AWS Cert (any cert would suffice)
- AWS
Infrastructure provisioning SME - not just migration of existing tech
stacks but new tech stacks getting deployed on AWS tech stack
- Cloud migration — migration from on-prem to cloud.
- Containerization and move to EKS.
- Some to cloud native and looking at other AWS options.
- GenAI and using Bedrock.
- Troubleshooting the
infrastructure
- Seeking
a wide range of AWS services background - EKS is required (SME Level
knowledge), seeking as many others as possible. EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, IAM,
VPC, Lambda, RedShift, EventBridge, Sagemaker, etc.
- Hands
on exp with provisioning using automation via EKS - hands on EKS is
required and some operational side work is preferred.
- Hands
on platform engineering exp is required
- Must haves: EKS and has many AWS services as possible,
familiar with Terraform automation, Ansible playbooks, and Python code.
- Healthcare
or any regulated industry would be nice to have
- Not
looking for DevOps b/c, they do not have the PROVISIONING experience.
Needs platformer operations provisioning specifically. Hands on experience
with Automation and Infrastructure Provisioning is a must

We are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Platform Engineer with 10+ years of IT
experience and strong expertise in AWS, cloud automation, and SRE practices.
This role focuses on designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and
highly reliable cloud platforms while leading transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage
AWS cloud infrastructure and platform solutions.
- Lead system engineering
projects, architecture design, and cloud transformation efforts.
- Build and maintain CI/CD
pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Ensure system reliability,
scalability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform
root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers,
architects, and engineering teams.
- Drive modernization using
microservices and container-based architectures.
- Mentor team members and promote
best practices.
Required Skills:
- AWS Services: EC2, S3, VPC,
IAM, Lambda, EKS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation.
- Automation Tools: Terraform,
Ansible, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Programming/Scripting: Python,
Bash.
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
(EKS preferred).
- Strong experience in
Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Linux system administration.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience (5+
years in AWS Cloud).
- 3–5 years in Site Reliability
Engineering (SRE).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS (or
equivalent experience).
- At least 1 AWS Certification
required.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AWS AI/ML
services (e.g., Bedrock, Kendra).
- Knowledge of cloud-native
architecture and microservices.
- Experience in enterprise cloud
migration.
