Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor ESInet and NG911 systems for outages and performance issues
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical incidents
• Receive, triage, document, and resolve support tickets
• Troubleshoot network, telecom, and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with carriers, service providers, and emergency communication teams
• Escalate complex incidents to Tier II and engineering teams
• Maintain operational logs and ticket documentation
• Support emergency response and disaster recovery operations
• Monitor network security and system health
• Ensure uninterrupted 911 communication services
