Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 13–15+ years of overall IT experience.
· 8–10+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics 365 Commerce/eCommerce solutions.
· Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Omnichannel, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
· Experience leading enterprise-scale D365 F&O, CRM, and Commerce implementations across multi-brand and multi-tenant environments.
· Strong understanding of B2B/B2C commerce, Order Management, Financial Operations, Billing, Product Lifecycle Management, and Customer Experience solutions.
· Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Shopify, ERP systems, and third-party enterprise applications using APIs and Azure Integration Services.
· Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and cross-system orchestration.
· Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and solution governance.
· Experience defining solution architecture, data models, design standards, environments, infrastructure, and non-functional requirements.
· Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and eCommerce solutions across enterprise platforms.
· Design scalable B2B/B2C commerce, finance, order management, billing, and product lifecycle management solutions.
· Define technology foundations, architecture, environments, integration strategy, tooling, and non-functional requirements for enterprise programs.
· Collaborate with business and technical teams to design multi-brand, multi-tenant CRM and Commerce solutions.
· Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365, CDP, Shopify, Power Platform, and enterprise applications using modern integration patterns.
· Establish solution architecture standards, data models, governance, and best practices across the Dynamics ecosystem.
· Drive cross-system orchestration using event-driven architecture, APIs, and Azure integration services.
· Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production support.
· Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and internal/external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, OIC, HDL, and FBDI.
