Client: Texas HHSC

Location: Remote (Austin, TX)

Experience Required: 12+ Years

Required Skills:
• PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• General Ledger (GL)
• Commitment Accounting
• State Government Accounting
• Business Analysis
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• End-to-End System Testing
• UAT & Test Script Development
• Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Preferred Skills:
• CAPPS Financials
• Scrum / Agile
• Jira
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Teams
• Phire

Responsibilities:
• Support PeopleSoft FSCM upgrades and new module implementations
• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate meetings with SMEs and stakeholders
• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform hands-on testing and support multiple test cycles
• Prepare training materials and user documentation
• Conduct business process analysis and system reconciliation
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
