Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions
• Build dashboards, alerts, health checks, and monitoring strategies
• Monitor applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and services
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance issues
• Support Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
• Improve monitoring standards, documentation, and automation
• Integrate monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms
