Dear Power Soccer Community,

Over the past five years, Elio and I have been pleased to support the
growth of power soccer by providing an easy, affordable way for new
teams and players to obtain power soccer equipment. At this time,
however, we have decided that we can no longer support the day-to-day
retail operation of PowerSoccerShop.com.

Effective August 23rd, Power Soccer Shop will be discontinuing its
online ordering. We will still continue to serve the power soccer
community via product waitlists and larger quantity orders.
Organizations looking to purchase power soccer equipment in large
quantities can contact us via email at
custome...@powersoccershop.com to coordinate ordering and
quantity discounts. Individuals or teams with small orders can also
submit requests via email, however we will only order equipment once
minimum quantities from our suppliers are reached.

Effective January 1st, 2010, Power Soccer Shop will stop processing
orders of all sizes, however we will currently entertain any offers
for purchasing the business in hopes that Power Soccer Shop could
continue to support the sport under new ownership.

Thank you for your understanding.
Jessi and Elio Navarro

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: I'd like to inquire about equipment. What's the best way to do
that?
A: Send us an email! We're always receptive to individual questions at
custome...@powersoccershop.com. We will do our best to respond to
all requests within 48 hours.

Q: I'm already on a waitlist. How will I know when my order will be
processed?
A: Once minimum quantities are reached, we will notify all individuals
on the waitlist via email or phone (whichever you provided) to ensure
that you can finalize your order. Credit card payment as well as
checks or purchase orders will still be accepted.

Q: What happens if the minimum quantity isn't reached and I'm on a
waitlist?
A: Power Soccer Shop will attempt to fulfill all desired orders. So,
if you're on a waitlist, we will follow up with you before January
1st, 2010.

Q: I'd like to place a larger quantity order. Can I get a quote?
A: Yes. Again, please email us at custome...@powersoccershop.com.
We will provide larger quantity discounts based on your quantity
requested.

Hollister needs one ball (maybe two if we have enough money) .
We've been waiting for a donation so that we could place an order (which we'll be getting soon) but we noticed they were out-of-stock anyway so we thought we'd have some time.

Here's some questions that were not asked/answered in this e-mail:

When you say "waitlist" are you talking about official balls or other equipment?

Are there other teams out there in the same position as us with whom we can coordinate a larger order to get this going?

Anyone know what the "minimum" number is before an order can be placed?

How close is the current waitlist from being able to order?

Will there be a head's up telling teams once the minimum number has been reached, so that they can jump on that order if possible rather than waiting for another sufficient list of "hopefuls"?

Are there any other resources for ordering the "official" balls so that our team is not out of compliance this season?

The answer to these questions will help us greatly so if anyone out there can help, please respond.

Thanks
The Free Wheelers

Thanks for the many questions we've received over the last day.

We currently have the official tournament ball, Aero Force Stars and
Stripes 13", in stock, therefore the balls are not on a waitlist and
can be requested via email.

To best respond to everyone's questions, we will be consolidating your
questions onto the FAQs of our website (www.PowerSoccerShop.com) along
with useful answers. And always, please feel free to email
custome...@powersoccershop.com to get a direct answer to any of
your power soccer equipment needs.

Thanks again,

Jessi and Elio Navarro

Thanks, Jessie, for getting back to us so quickly. I guess we weren't looking at the Stars and Stripes ball when we checked the ball availability recently. We'll be considering what our needs are and placing an order for a ball or two in the next few days.

Jesse,
Last year I tried to order a ball but did not get a response. After your
email I responded stating that I would like to order one or two balls.
Please send me a web sight to look at what is available or even a price
list. We need two ball ASAP but do not know how to go about getting them.

Pam,

Please check your individual email, as you should have received a
direct response on August 25th and another response today to your
individual email, not to the entire Google Group.

Again thanks to everyone for your order requests. We will continue to
accommodate ball orders and other items via email at custome...@powersoccershop.com
.

Regards,

Jessi Navarro
