DRAFT INFORMATION
Draft Order determined by lottery at the end of each season. All non
playoff teams are eligible.
Draft Rules
Each draft will consist of 13 rounds. Draft picks may be traded up to
2 years in advance
TRADES AND FREE AGENTS
Trading - unlimited
Players, draft picks and defense/special teams can be traded.
Trades will be handled in the following manner. Two teams work out a
deal. At least one of the trading teams must post the trade on the
message board. I will send out a global Email to all teams. A poll
will be posted and teams are required to cast a vote.
A minimum of 9 votes are needed to pass the trade. (9 total votes)
Any league member, can post an objection to this potential trade on
the message board. This objection should be based on a statistical
argument on why this trade is too one sided to be allowed. Please keep
this objection in a professional format. We are all professionals here
and personal attacks will not be tolerated.
All votes in favor of a trade veto MUST post their reason/reasons on
the message board, why they think a trade is too one-sided to be
allowed. Any votes to veto a trade that is not backed up by an
explanation on the board will not count. This procedure was designed
to eliminate any stealth veto votes.
A majority of the league based on a reasonable review period will
decide the fate of a trade. * Reasonable review period is defined as a
period of time that we can assume a majority of the league has had an
opportunity to receive and review e-mail. Since it should be
understood that, unless out of town, each league member should bear
the responsibility to receive, review and respond to e-mail at least
every other day.
FREE AGENCY
