Randy Bauer after a week of 'commentaries' advising me of my legal
basis, ignoring my address to the board, could still write via e-mail
to my public complaint that is spoke false about my financial
relations with Susan Polgar, [I spare you his interim comments, yet
since this is a public complaint, which them to be considered as
evidence of what he, the board, does, now and then:

[I then addressed the USCF board majority, plus the Executive
Director, about the calumny, [the lie] spoke by their own Vp:
To close our issue - I have 4 things to say:
1) That on this basis - and this is open correspondence as far as I am
concerned directed to the board of USCF about representation of their
own business - the board does not care to reply to a week-long series
of commentaries by their own Vp Finance. The impact is this: given his
statements here, who should grant USCF any benefit of the doubt in a
law-suit? 'Bring it on' is like the idiotic utterances of a past-
president of the US. I must suppose that spending member's money on
law suits is the default current means of proceeding in respect of
'other opinions.'
2) That the majority of the board do not acknowledge my complaint
about a false statement issued by one of their own, is to their
discredit, especially when the origin of the issue has to do with a
half million dollars of red-ink, of expenditure versus unearned income
- a record!
3) That inter alia I reminded your Vp Finance what was true, that I am
no paid agent for Susan Polgar, not now, not ever, but support
promoting chess in the USA, and including the fact that I have
achieved what USCF never has done, an accredited chess course at high-
school level. This is huge for chess on this continent, yet you all
are dumb to it.
4) Let all these things be known to all chess players, their parents,
and chess clubs and teachers around the country. Let your names be
known too, since you are all profoundly silent on all the above, are
you not, Mr. Goichberg, Mr. Berry, Mr. Hough, Mr. Hall, Mr. Bauer?
This continues to be an open and official complaint to the USCF board
which I also hope will be legally noticed in your current scenarious.
It is not private correspondence, and this letter does not restrict my
scope of my actions, individually or separately.
And since this is public correspondence I feel I can now make it far
more public, since the board majority at USCF do not care to answer
for their colleague or themselves. Time is up!
Let us see who should face any consequences for this vile behavior and
suggested relationship between GM Susan Polgar and myself, which is
without presented basis, without actual basis, and continued in
mocking vein, making any defense rather weak, I would say, since how
should such a false statement be presented as innocent at all?
That the board remains inert and offers no response, is to tar their
own backs. I shall not be recommending USCF as a promoter of chess for
any time soon.
This is public correspondence and a complaint about calumny - that is
to say, about public lies. The only think Mr. Bauer might look forward
too is defending if they are deliberate or not.
If he had only said nothing else then there may be some element of
doubt, rather than the certainty of malice.
