FileNet Developer
Location : St. Louis.
Duration : 8 + months
Rate : open

Description

Evaluate user requests for new programs or complex modifications to existing programs. Perform research and gather relevant data to assist with determination of feasibility, cost and time required. Prepare detailed program specifications. Develop coding for computer programs, enter coding into existing systems, test and debug programs. Create programming documentation. Monitor ongoing program and system performance. May provide training or act as a mentor to less experienced team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience in applications programming, preferably 1-2 years at ESI
• Minimum of 3 years experience java development
• Minimum of 2 years of application & workflow design work using FileNet eProcess and/or P8 api's
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with FileNet Image Services & eProcess
• Experience with FileNet P8 suite of applications a plus
• Must have experience with Java/J2EE technologies, specifically java web services, JMS, Oracle and SQL Server DB's
• Experience with MQ, VB, SWING a plus
• Thorough knowledge of programming concepts, design, procedures and practices
• Experience in multi-platform distributed environment
• Detailed knowledge of programming
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
• Strong mentoring skills
• Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple deadlines very helpful
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and limited travel
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
• Extremely detail oriented
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with health care or PBM industry very helpful
